Caterer's Package

The Caterer's Package gives your catering team their own dedicated workspace so your guests never see the work that goes into their evening. A 20x20 high peak tent with solid blockout sidewalls goes up alongside your main tent on setup day — door flap always faces away from the reception. Inside, a 4000K UFO work light hangs from the peak for clean, bright task lighting your caterer can actually cook and plate under. A quad power drop handles warmers, mixers, and any other equipment they bring.

Everything arrives on the same truck as your event rental and comes down on the same crew visit. Nothing for you or your caterer to coordinate separately.
